The Horror!:
The National Enquirer archives are about to be shredded, according to this article in the NY Times (registration required), along with archives from the other tabloids produced by American Media. Another of the unimagined consequences of terror, the destruction of these fascinating files is just part of the recovery from anthrax contamination which shut the American Media building in Boca Raton, FL, nearly two years ago.
